The 2026 Big Garage Subaru Pro-am.

The Bairnsdale Golf Club Pro-am is a professional golf tournament with a minimum total prize purse of $15,000. The event is part of a larger “tour” of professional tournaments called the Legends Tour which is governed by the PGA of Australia. The Legends tour is a series of senior events for professionals over the age of fifty, and its common for legends of the Australian pro ranks to play.

In a Legends Pro-Am, social golfers get the chance to play a round with a professional golfer who is competing for a prize purse and effectively making a living playing golf.

The Bairnsdale Golf Club Pro-am has twice won the prestigious Regional Pro-am of the Year Award (2016 and 2018). This award carries significant weight as it is the professionals that play the event who vote on criteria such as organisational, course condition, catering and overall professionalism.
